Onion
  • 2 medium onions sliced
Cream
  • 200 ml heavy cream
Broth
  • 200 ml chicken broth low sodium
Spices
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper to taste
Oil
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook the Chicken
  1. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Sauté the Onions
  1. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add the sliced onions and sauté until they are translucent.
Make the Sauce
  1. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  2. Stir in the heavy cream and let it cook for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
Combine and Serve
  1. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat it with the sauce.
  2. Serve hot with your choice of side dishes.
