Sausages
  • 400 grams smoked sausages sliced
Vegetables
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 medium bell pepper chopped
  • 2 medium carrots sliced
Liquids and Spices
  • 400 grams canned diced tomatoes
  • 200 milliliters vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon paprika sweet
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Chop the onion, garlic, bell pepper, and carrots. Slice the sausages.
Cook the Vegetables
  1. In a large pot, heat a little oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
Add Sausages and Spices
  1. Add the sliced sausages, bell pepper, and carrots to the pot. Stir in the paprika and caraway seeds.
Add Liquids
  1. Pour in the diced tomatoes and vegetable broth. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Simmer
  1. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve
  1. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
