  • 500 grams smoked sausages sliced
Vegetables

  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 medium bell pepper chopped
  • 2 medium carrots sliced
Liquids and Spices
  • 400 grams canned diced tomatoes
  • 500 milliliters vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons paprika sweet
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds optional
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Chop the onions, garlic, bell pepper, and carrots. Slice the sausages.
Cook the Vegetables
  1. In a large pot, heat a little oil over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
Add Sausages and Spices
  1. Add the sliced sausages, bell pepper, and carrots to the pot. Stir in the paprika, salt, pepper, and caraway seeds.
Simmer the Goulash
  1. Pour in the diced tomatoes and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for about 30 minutes.
Serve
  1. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
