Salad Ingredients
  • 4 medium Tomatoes diced
  • 1 medium Cucumber sliced
  • 200 grams Feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley chopped
Dressing
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove Garlic minced

Method
 

Prepare the Vegetables
  1. Dice the tomatoes and slice the cucumber. Place them in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the thinly sliced red onion and chopped parsley to the bowl.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Combine and Serve
  1. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently to combine.
  2. Crumble the feta cheese on top and serve immediately.
