Salad Base
  • 300 grams pointed cabbage finely shredded
  • 200 grams carrots grated
Dressing
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Vegetables
  1. Finely shred the pointed cabbage and place it in a mixing bowl.
  2. Grate the carrots and add them to the bowl with the cabbage.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper.
Combine and Serve
  1. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrots, and toss well to combine.
  2. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
