Prepare the Mixture

Cook the Patties
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little oil or cooking spray.
- Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and form it into a patty. Place it in the pan.
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and firm.
- Repeat with the remaining mixture, adding more oil as needed.

- In a small bowl, mix the yogurt with lemon juice. Stir well to combine.
