  • 500 grams chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 medium zucchini sliced
  • 1 medium red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 medium onion chopped
Sauce
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons paprika sweet or smoked
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for cooking

Method
 

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Slice the zucchini and red bell pepper, and chop the onion.
Cook the Chicken
  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
Add Vegetables
  1. Add the chopped onion, zucchini, and red bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Make the Sauce
  1. Stir in the paprika, garlic powder, and heavy cream. Mix well and let simmer for another 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Serve
  1. Serve the Paprika-Zucchini-Rahm-Hähnchen hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
