Cook the Pasta
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
Prepare the Broccoli
- During the last 3 minutes of pasta cooking, add the broccoli florets to the pot. Drain the pasta and broccoli together in a colander.
Sauté Garlic
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
Combine and Serve
- Add the drained pasta and broccoli to the skillet with garlic. Toss well to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
