  • 2 medium Zucchini sliced
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil for sautéing
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Slice the zucchini, chop the onion, and mince the garlic.
  2. If using frozen Maultaschen, cook them according to package instructions.
Sauté the Vegetables
  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the sliced zucchini and cook for another 5-7 minutes until tender.
Combine and Cook
  1. Add the cooked Maultaschen to the skillet with the vegetables.
  2. Sprinkle with thyme, salt, and pepper, and stir to combine.
  3. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
Serve
  1. Remove from heat and serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
