  • 500 g Leberkäse cut into cubes
  • 600 g potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 100 g cheese grated, optional

  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika

Method
 

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes.
  2. Chop the onion finely.
Cook the Potatoes
  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced potatoes and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are golden and tender.
Add Leberkäse and Onion
  1. Add the chopped onion to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes until translucent.
  2. Stir in the Leberkäse cubes and cook for another 10 minutes until heated through.
Finish and Serve
  1. If using, sprinkle grated cheese on top and cover the skillet until melted.
  2. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
