  • 1 medium red bell pepper diced
  • 1 medium yellow bell pepper diced

Dressing Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp mustard Dijon preferred
  • 1 tsp honey optional

Prepare the Salad
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed cheese, corn, diced bell peppers, chopped onion, and parsley.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, white wine vinegar, mustard, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.
