Prepare the Rice

Cook the Gyros
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

- Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Add the gyros meat, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook until the meat is heated through and slightly browned, about 10-15 minutes.
Serve
- Fluff the cooked rice with a fork and serve it on plates topped with the gyros mixture.
