Zutaten
  

For the filling
  • 8 large eggs beaten
  • 200 g cheddar cheese shredded
  • 200 g bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tbsp milk optional for fluffiness
  • 1 pinch salt to taste
  • 1 pinch pepper to taste
For the rolls
  • 4 pieces bread rolls preferably soft
  • 1 tbsp butter for greasing

Method
 

Prepare the filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and pour in the egg mixture.
  3. Stir gently until the eggs are scrambled and fluffy, then add the cheese and bacon, mixing until combined.
Prepare the rolls
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Slice the bread rolls in half and lightly butter the insides.
  3. Fill each roll with the scrambled egg mixture.
  4. Place the filled rolls on a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes until the rolls are warm and slightly crispy.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven and serve warm.
