Zutaten
  

Soup Base
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for sautéing
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 500 grams ground beef or ground pork
  • 1 liter beef broth or chicken broth
  • 2 medium potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste
Cheese Mixture
  • 200 grams cream cheese softened
  • 200 grams cheddar cheese shredded
  • 100 grams Parmesan cheese grated
  • 200 milliliters heavy cream for creaminess
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 50 grams crispy bacon crumbled

Method
 

Prepare the Soup Base
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  2. Add ground beef to the pot, cook until browned, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon.
  3. Pour in the beef broth, add diced potatoes, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Make the Cheese Mixture
  1. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and heavy cream until smooth.
  2. Once the potatoes are tender, stir the cheese mixture into the soup until melted and creamy.
Serve the Soup
  1. Ladle the soup into bowls, garnish with chopped parsley and crumbled bacon. Serve hot.
