Prepare the Filling
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded carrots, cabbage, bean sprouts, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic. Mix well.
Assemble the Spring Rolls
- Lay a spring roll wrapper on a clean surface. Place 2 tablespoons of the filling near one edge of the wrapper. Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly from the edge to form a roll. Seal the edge with a little water.
Air Fry the Rolls
- Preheat the Airfryer to 200°C (390°F). Brush the spring rolls lightly with vegetable oil. Place them in the Airfryer basket in a single layer and cook for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Serve
- Remove the crispy spring rolls from the Airfryer and serve hot with dipping sauce of your choice.
