Zutaten
  

Vegetable Filling
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots
  • 1 cup Shredded Cabbage
  • 1/2 cup Bean Sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce Low sodium preferred
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Grated
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced
Spring Roll Wrappers
  • 12 pieces Spring Roll Wrappers Thawed if frozen
For Brushing
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil For brushing the rolls

Method
 

Prepare the Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded carrots, cabbage, bean sprouts, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic. Mix well.
Assemble the Spring Rolls
  1. Lay a spring roll wrapper on a clean surface. Place 2 tablespoons of the filling near one edge of the wrapper. Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly from the edge to form a roll. Seal the edge with a little water.
Air Fry the Rolls
  1. Preheat the Airfryer to 200°C (390°F). Brush the spring rolls lightly with vegetable oil. Place them in the Airfryer basket in a single layer and cook for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Serve
  1. Remove the crispy spring rolls from the Airfryer and serve hot with dipping sauce of your choice.
