  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 100 ml chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon mustard Dijon preferred
  • 1 teaspoon paprika smoked or sweet
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Chop the turkey breast into strips, slice the mushrooms, chop the onion, and mince the garlic.
  2. Gather all ingredients for easy access during cooking.
Cook the Turkey
  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the turkey strips and cook until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
Add Vegetables
  1. Add the chopped onion, garlic, and sliced mushrooms to the skillet.
  2. Sauté for another 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
Make the Sauce
  1. Stir in the heavy cream, chicken broth, mustard, and paprika.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and let simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Serve
  1. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
  2. Serve hot with rice or bread.
