Zutaten
  

Salad Base
  • 200 g mixed salad greens such as lettuce, arugula, and spinach
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes halved
  • 100 g cucumber sliced
  • 100 g bell pepper diced
  • 100 g radishes sliced
  • 100 g carrots grated
Protein Toppings
  • 150 g cooked chicken breast sliced
  • 100 g ham diced
  • 100 g cheese cubed
Hausdressing
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Method
 

Prepare the Salad
  1. In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, radishes, and carrots.
  2. Add the sliced chicken breast, diced ham, and cubed cheese on top of the salad.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, and minced garlic.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve
  1. Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving and toss gently to combine.
  2. Serve immediately and enjoy your Chef Salad!
