Zutaten
  

Vegetables
  • 1 medium Zucchini sliced
  • 1 medium Bell pepper diced
  • 1 medium Carrot sliced
  • 200 g Broccoli cut into florets
  • 150 g Cherry tomatoes halved
Feta Cheese
  • 200 g Feta cheese crumbled
Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil for cooking
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper to taste

Method
 

Prepare the vegetables
  1. Wash and slice the zucchini, bell pepper, and carrot. Cut the broccoli into florets and halve the cherry tomatoes.
Cook the vegetables
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the carrots and cook for 3 minutes.
  2. Add zucchini, bell pepper, and broccoli. Stir-fry for another 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  3. Add cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Add seasoning and feta
  1. Sprinkle the dried oregano, salt, and black pepper over the vegetables. Stir well to combine.
  2. Remove from heat and gently fold in the crumbled feta cheese.
Serve
  1. Serve warm as a main dish or side. Enjoy!
