Zutaten
  

  • 2 large onions sliced into rings
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • to taste oil for spraying

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Slice the onions into even rings and set aside.
  4. Dip each onion ring in the flour mixture, then in the eggs, and finally in the bread crumbs.
  5. Arrange the breaded onion rings on the air fryer basket without overlapping.
  6. Lightly spray the onion rings with oil.
  7. Fry the onion rings for about 10-12 minutes, checking to avoid over-browning.
